The project introduces an issues-oriented, action-oriented research approach to high school and university. It transitions from a knowledge and skills focus to problem-solving, shifting from an exploring natural science inquiry orientation to a social issues inquiry orientation. This equips students to apply their knowledge in tackling interdisciplinary challenges. One part of the plan integrates social innovation concepts into existing courses and the other develops digital modules for interdisciplinary, aiming to cultivate broad literacy and deepen action capabilities. Finally, using technology to provide suitable reading materials.

Critical Moments - Climate Change Cooperative Learning Online Game

Experience the challenges and difficulties faced in climate change issues by role-playing as different countries. Utilize collaborative learning to solve problems.

Action Literacy Oriented Digital Course Building - CWISE

Collaborating with NTNU, we built the digital curriculum platform CWISE. We conduct teacher enrichment workshops and establish a platform for high school and college students to exchange their achievements and presentations. For the university, we leverage our advantage in technology, architecture, design, and digital education to focus on sustainable society and educational innovation. Students can propose crowdfunding projects on social innovation platforms, addressing societal issues and expanding to other universities.

High school teachers - Action Literacy Orientation Workshop

Organize workshops for high school and vocational teachers to share action-oriented lesson plans on environmental issues, and assist teachers in enhancing their ability to transform their existing courses into action-literacy-oriented courses.

Yongping High School-Action Literacy Research on Climate Issues

Go to Yongping High School to implement an action-oriented lesson plan that integrates climate issues as a context to develop students' multiple perspectives and stances, as well as problem-solving skills.

National Science Fair -Promoting digital courses on climate issues.

Participated in the National Science Fair to promote climate issues. Students learned interdisciplinary knowledge and skills and developed peer discussion and negotiation skills.
