Subsidy of Attending Conference Abroad
EVERC has established funding to support EVERC researchers and graduate students in attending conference abroad in order to enhance the international academic exchange.
Applying Information
Application Date:
Rolling admission, the application might be ended early when the funding is used up.
The latest date of application submission is the first day of the month prior to the first day of the conference. In case of regular holidays, it will be postponed to the next business day. Applications will not be accepted if they are overdue or if the documents are incomplete or are not complied with the regulations.
Qualifications of Applicants (1 to 3 are required):
EVERC will select applicants whose research interests are related to vocational Education or digital learning.
Graduate students and post-doctorals of EVERC. Graduate students who are required to enroll this semester.
Applicants of EVERC are required to prioritize applying for subsidies of NSTC of attending international conferences. If an individual receives subsidies from both NSTC and EVERC, they must select one of the two to use.
Application procedure and required documents:
The applicants should be recommended by their supervisors or instructors. All documents should be combined into one PDF file. The applicants must fill in the application form on the website, then submit the application documents in person to the EVERC office. Here are required documents as followings:
Application form.
Acceptance letter of the conference.
Full paper (first published and each paper is only allowed to apply subsidy once).
Any supportive documents that may be helpful for the evaluation (e.g., transcripts, certificates of foreign language proficiency, records of relevant publications or awards, etc.).
